First promotion of the International experience program
After pitching their projects, six employees were selected to make up the first batch of the International Experience Program. They will each join one of our subsidiaries at the beginning of 2022 for a period of 3 months: during this “relocated mission”, they will collaborate with their colleagues from the subsidiaries, in the deployment of a common project, strategic for our company.
Congratulations to all the employees who applied and congratulations to those selected to live this experience. They were 12 to take up the challenge of the International Experience Program. They had prepared their projects in fields as varied as logistics, data, marketing or communication. They wanted to join the teams of France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. They presented and defended their projects in front of a jury made up of Michael Truluck CEO International, Céline Kona-Boun HRBP, the Sparring Board as well as their manager and the manager who will welcome them. Once the pitches were made, the jury entered into deliberation.

We therefore had a lot of exchanges and discussions to decide on our selection!
