La Redoute Switzerland awarded Swiss Customer Service Excellence
La Redoute Switzerland was awarded the Swiss Customer Service Excellence 2024 prize at Relacs Contact Day, the annual event dedicated to Swiss customer relations.
The organisers of the award praised “the responsiveness and quality of the handling of chat and written enquiries”.
