2020 was a particularly complicated year for all of us ; the sanitary crisis has led us to adapt, to change our way of life.
Our mission at La Redoute is to accompany you during important moments ; living together with you is what we have tried to do in this difficult context.
Despite the difficulties, we have continued to equip your families and tried to bring beauty in your daily family life. We would like to thank you very much for your trust.
In 2021, we will continue to innovate, strengthen our links and improve our operations to help you take life on the bright side. We are convinced that each of us can contribute to a better world. The recent launch of our second-hand service “La Reboucle” and the growing share of our responsible offer in home decoration and fashion illustrate our will and commitments.
Through our website and our stores, our two thousand employees are fully committed and driven by the desire to strengthen the link that unites us.
